Church's Chicken

Store #9 on 3119 SW Military Drive, San Antonio, TX. NO management never does anything or employees hang up the phone.

It took 2 minutes for us to be greeted at the drive-thru speaker and another 10 minutes to receive our food. The order taker and person who handed us our food were both rude as usual.

We live less than two minutes away and the food was stone cold and dry. We ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and an order of cheese bombers. We had to microwave everything and if we get food poisoning again we will do what we have to in order to make sure this store/employees start complying to the state mandated standards.

We will not return again and will tell everyone we know not to visit this location. We will also be putting our experience online via several websites so people know to avoid this location.
